Abstract:

Abstract： Objective To explore the relationship between psychological factor and recurrent aphthous ulcer. （RAU） Methods Totally 80 cases of RAU patients treated in China Medical University Stomatology Hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 were selected as study group， and 80 healthy people with matched age， gender， and education level were selected as control group. Conduct Life Events Scale （LES） to investigate the life stress reaction， and conduct Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） to investigate personality characteristics for the above two groups of study. The data were analyzed with SPSS13.0 statistical software. Results The results of LES showed that： the quantity of stimulus of negative life events for study group within the last 1 year was significantly higher than those in control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P < 0.05）. The survey results of EPQ showed that： N and L scores of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P < 0.01）. Conclusion There is close relationship between the generation of RAU and patients' reaction of life stress events and personality characteristics.

摘要：

目的 探讨心理社会因素与复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）的关系。方法 选择2011年4月至2012年4月在中国医科大学附属口腔医院门诊就诊的RAU患者80例为研究组，同时选择年龄、性别、文化程度等与之相匹配的80名健康正常人为对照组。对两组研究对象分别采用生活事件量表调查其生活应激事件反应，采用艾森克人格问卷调查其人格特征。结果数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 生活事件量表调查结果显示：研究组对象调查前1年内的负性事件刺激量明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。艾森克人格问卷调查调查结果显示：研究组对象的N和L量表评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 RAU的发生与患者的生活应激事件反应以及其人格特征有密切关系。
