Abstract:

Recurrent aphthous ulcer is the most common oral mucosal disease. Currently，there is no definitive methods for RAU，so alleviating the symptoms is commonly used as the first choice. Low level laser shining is found to have a significant effect on RAU in local therapy，such as anti-inflammation，promoting wound healing，pain relief and biological stimulation. It is suggested that low level laser therapy（LLLT）can be used as an alternative traditional medicine in the world.

摘要：

复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）是最常见的口腔黏膜疾病。目前尚无根治RAU的特效方法，均以减轻症状为首选。局部治疗发现低能量激光照射对治疗RAU有明显效果，具有抗炎、促进伤口愈合、缓解疼痛和生物刺激效应等一系列作用。目前低能量激光疗法（LLLT）作为一种替代传统用药的方法被国内外共识。
