Abstract:
Jaw defects in the surgical field today have become an urgent problem to be solved. Adipose-derived stem cells have the potential of multi-directional differentiation,and their in vitro culture has a high value of stable proliferation and a low rate of decline;they have a wide range of sources and are easy to be separated and cultured. Studies have shown that strontium can regulate adipose-derived stem cells to differentiate into osteoblasts and promote bone matrix protein synthesis and precipitation. Therefore,strontium promotes osteoblast differentiation and osteogenesis,which provides a new research direction for bone tissue engineering. This article summarizes the effect of strontium ions and strontium-doped nano-hydroxyapatite on the osteogenic differentiation of ADSCs,which will be helpful to the future research and development of bone tissue engineering and the treatment for oral and maxillofacial defects.

摘要:
在当今口腔颌面外科领域,颌骨缺损已成为一个急需解决的难题。通过实验发现有着多向分化能力的脂肪干细胞,其离体培养具有较高的稳定增殖性和较低的衰亡率,且具有广泛的来源和较易分离与培养的特点。有相关研究提示,锶不仅对脂肪干细胞向成骨细胞分化具有一定的调控作用,还可以加快骨基质蛋白的形成及沉淀。由此得出锶对成骨细胞的分化和骨再生具有一定的促进作用,这为骨组织工程修复颌面骨缺损提供了新的研究方向。文章总结了锶离子及掺锶纳米羟基磷灰石对脂肪干细胞成骨分化的作用,对骨组织工程未来的研究与发展及口腔颌面外科骨缺损的治疗提供帮助。
