Abstract:

Abstract：Displacement of teeth and foreign body into the airway and alimentary canal were the most serious complication during teeth extraction，which will result in medical dispute. This paper tried to elaborate the causes，risk factors，clinical characters and treatment of these complications，in order to provide references for prevention of these complications in tooth extraction.

摘要：

在牙拔除术的并发症中，牙及异物进入呼吸道或消化道是较为特殊的一类，发生概率较低，但后果严重，极易引起医疗纠纷。本文针对此类并发症的基本特点、危险因素、临床表现与诊断、应急处理及预防原则进行阐述，为临床上预防这类并发症的发生提供参考。
