Abstract:

The periodontal attachment loss is intimately related to orthodontic treatment. Naturally，existing dehiscences and fenestrations will influence the effect of orthodontic treatment，and inappropriate treatment can lead to or acceleratedehiscences and fenestrations. The review will focus on the etiology，prone position and clinical characters of the periodontal attachment loss, as well as the interaction between it and the orthodontic treatment.

摘要：

牙周附着丧失及牙周生物型与成人正畸治疗密切相关。矫治前存在的牙龈退缩、牙槽骨吸收会影响正畸治疗效果，而不恰当的正畸治疗又会导致或加速其发生。现对正畸治疗中牙周附着丧失的病因、部位及其与正畸治疗相互作用的关系做一综述。
