Abstract: Traumatic dental injuries occur often in children and young adults. Correct diagnosis，effective treatment measures，and regular re-examination with appropriate interval are the keys to successful dental trauma treatment. This article will focus on periodontal tissue damage in the Andreasen classification，which includes tooth concussion，subluxation，extrusive luxation，lateral luxation，intrusive luxation，and avulsion. This article will focus on analyzing and discussing periodontal tissue injury from treatment principles，assessment of periodontal ligament and pulp status，and consideration and selection of treatment options，etc.，aiming to provide clinicians with the most suitable diagnosis and treatment plan for individualized child with dental trauma. Ideally，while mastering the principles，the clinician can also make effective changes according to the instant situation of the children.

摘要： 牙外伤常发生于儿童和青少年。正确的诊断、有效的治疗措施及间隔时间适宜的定期复查是牙外伤治疗成功的关键。文章将重点关注Andreasen分类法中的牙周组织损伤，从其中牙齿震荡、亚脱位、部分脱出、侧方移位、挫入、全脱出的治疗原则，牙周膜及牙髓状态的评估，以及相应治疗方案的考量与选择等方面分析与讨论牙周组织损伤的临床诊疗，以期为临床医生在接诊牙周组织损伤的儿童牙外伤时可以做到在掌握诊疗原则的情况下，根据实际情况为患儿提供最适宜的个性化诊疗方案。
