Abstract:

The experimental tooth movement model in rats is commonly used in orthodontic research. It has been a hot topic in the field of oral basic research. It is often used in basic research on periodontal tissue and bone remodeling after tooth movement，and it is also used to study the pain related to tooth movement. This paper reviews the research directions and research contents in recent years.

制备大鼠实验性牙移动模型是进行正畸相关研究的一种常用方法，一直是口腔基础实验研究的一个热点，常用于牙移动后牙周组织和骨改建的基础研究，同时还用于牙移动疼痛等相关研究。文章就近年来其相关研究的方向及研究内容做一综述。
