Abstract:
Autophagy plays an important role in the evolution of eukaryotes. In the process of autophagy,the cell can provide nutrients and energy through the degradation of non-essential components of the cell to achieve the turnover of intracellular materials and to cope with transient stress. Autophagy is associated with a variety of oral diseases. Vitamin D can promote autophagy and actively participats in the regulation of immune and inflammatory responses. This article reviews the relationship among vitamin D,autophagy,and oral diseases.

摘要:
自噬在真核生物进化过程中起着重要作用。在自噬过程中,细胞可通过降解自身的非必需成分来提供营养和能量,从而实现胞内物质转化和应对短暂的生存压力。自噬与多种口腔疾病关系密切。维生素D是一种重要的自噬激活因子,积极参与调节免疫和炎症反应。文章对维生素D、自噬与口腔疾病的关系做一综述。
