直接激光打印种植体对糖尿病小型猪早期骨结合影响研究

Abstract:

Objective    The diabetic pig model was established by intravenous injection of streptozocin in order to investigate whether direct laser metal sintering(DLMS)could improve osseointegration in diabetic animal models. Methods    A diabetes model in mini-pigs was established by intravenous injection of streptozotocin(STZ)(150 mg/kg),and a total of 36 implants were inserted into the mandibular region. Micro-computed tomography(micro-CT)and histologic evaluations were performed three and six months after implantation. Results     The blood glucose level remained at high level(≥  10 mmol/L) after the induction of diabetes,reaching the diabetic level(≥ 7 mmol/L). Obvious improvement in osseointegration was observed in the micro-CT and Van Gieson(VG)staining analyses of DLMS implants compared with MAO at three months(P < 0.05), although this difference disappeared by six months(P > 0.05). Conclusion    The rough surface of DLMS implants can accelerate the progress of osseointegration.

摘要:

目的    探索直接激光打印(DLMS)种植体在糖尿病小型猪模型中的早期骨结合情况。方法    以6只小型猪为研究对象,耳缘静脉一次性注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)水溶液150 mg/kg建立糖尿病模型,于糖尿病小型猪双侧上颌骨前磨牙区牙槽嵴顶植入DLMS及微弧氧化(MAO)种植体,并于3个月及6个月分别取材做微计算机断层(Micro-CT)扫描及组织学检查。结果    造模后小型猪血糖能稳定在较高水平(≥10 mmol/L),达到糖尿病标准(≥7 mmol/L)。Micro-CT及组织学检查可见,3个月时DLMS与MAO种植体骨结合差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),6个月时两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论    DLMS种植体可加快糖尿病小型猪种植体骨结合速度。
