牙周维护治疗的重要性

  • 作者简介:骆凯，医学博士，副教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任福建医科大学附属口腔医院医务科科长、医保办主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙周病学专业委员会委员，福建省口腔医学会常务委员、牙周病学专业委员会主任委员，《口腔疾病防治》《临床牙周病学（中文版）》编委。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点新教师基金、福建省自然科学基金、福建省科技创新联合基金等科研项目9项。发表学术论文30余篇，其中在SCI源期刊发表论文6篇。参编（译）学术专著6部。获福建省科学技术进步奖二等奖1项（排名第二）、福建省医学科学技术进步奖二等奖1项（排名第二）、福建省自然科学优秀论文二等奖1项。

摘要： 牙周病是由菌斑微生物所引起的牙周支持组织慢性感染性疾病。菌斑微生物的控制是牙周病重要的治疗手段。由于口腔环境及牙周组织结构的特殊性，牙周系统治疗无法一劳永逸，是一个长期的过程。因此，牙周维护治疗应贯穿整个治疗过程，是牙周系统治疗中必不可少的组成部分，也是牙周疗效得以长期保持的重要手段。文章就牙周系统治疗中牙周维护治疗的重要性做一综述。

Abstract: Periodontitis is a bacteria-induced chronic inflammatory disease. Periodontal treatment aims to reduce the inflammatory response，primarily through eradication of bacterial deposits. Periodontal therapy is a long-term process because of the particularity of oral environment and periodontal tissue. Periodontal maintenance therapy is an important part of periodontal system therapy throughout the process and plays a crucial role in keeping periodontal health for long-term. In this paper，the importance of periodontal maintenance therapy is summarized.
