超声器械拆除金属桩核效率的影响因素研究进展

摘要: 桩核冠是临床上修复残根残冠常用的方法,但在非手术根管再治疗中,需要拆除桩核,重新对根管进行清理和成形。在拆除桩核的过程中要最大限度地保护剩余牙体组织,避免牙体折裂等情况的发生。超声器械因其安全、高效的特点,已成为拆除金属桩核的重要手段。文章就超声器械拆除金属桩核效率的影响因素研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Post-core crown is a common method to repair residual roots and crowns in clinical practice. However,in non-surgical root canal retreatment,the post-core should be removed to clean and reform the root canal. During the process of removing the post-core,the residual tooth tissue should be protected and tooth fracture should be avoided. Because of its safety and high efficiency,ultrasonic instrument has become an important means to remove metal post-core. This paper briefly introduces research progress in the factors influencing the efficiency of ultrasonic removal of metal post core.
