破骨细胞及其活性因子在口腔骨破坏疾病中作用的研究进展

摘要: 人体内的骨稳态主要由成骨细胞和破骨细胞来维持。一旦骨稳态失衡,破骨细胞的骨吸收超过成骨细胞的骨生成就会导致骨破坏疾病的发生。牙源性角化囊肿、种植体周围炎及牙周炎是常见的口腔骨破坏疾病,破骨细胞与之关系非常密切。文章就破骨细胞及其活性因子在牙源性角化囊肿、种植体周围炎以及牙周炎中作用的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Bone homeostasis in the human body is mainly maintained by osteoblasts and osteoclasts. Once bone homeostasis is imbalanced,and bone resorption by osteoclasts exceeds osteogenesis of osteoblasts,there will be bone destruction diseases. Odontogenic keratocyst,peri-implantitis and periodontitis are common oral bone destruction diseases,and osteoclasts are closely related to them. This article reviews the research progress in the role of osteoclasts and their active factors in odontogeni keratocyst,peri-implantitis and periodontitis.
