  • 作者简介:张英，教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院·附属口腔医院口腔急诊·黏膜病科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔急诊专业委员会副主任委员、口腔黏膜病专业委员会委员，辽宁省口腔医学会理事、口腔黏膜病学学组常务副主任委员，辽宁省免疫学会常务理事，中国整形美容学会理事、口腔整形美容分会委员，国际牙外伤协会委员，国际激光应用学会中国分会专家组成员，沈阳市医师协会急诊医师分会委员，辽宁省、沈阳市医学会医疗事故技术鉴定专家库成员，以及《中国实用口腔科杂志》、《慢性病学》编委等职。负责及参与国家级、省级科研课题多项。发表论文40余篇，参编研究生教材及学术著作多部。

摘要：

近年来，随着人们对口腔健康及牙齿美学意识的增强，牙外伤的应急处理及美学修饰效果日益受到关注。针对医生在治疗理念和方法上的差异和局限，文章结合牙外伤国际规范化治疗原则，贯彻微创美学治疗理念，提出牙外伤微创美学治疗设计，以期提供牙外伤微创美学诊治完善思路。

Abstract:

In recent years，the emergency therapy of dental trauma and the effect of cosmetic modification have received more and more attention，with the increasing awareness of oral health and dental cosmetic. As the differences and limitations of treatment in the concepts and methods among doctors，we explained minimally invasive cosmetic treatment plan for dental trauma，in order to provide perfect ideas of its diagnosis and therapy，following the direction of international standardized dental trauma guideline.
