口腔种植手术摄影的要求与基本流程

  • 作者简介:满毅，医学博士、副教授、硕士研究生导师。现任四川大学华西口腔医学院·华西口腔医院种植科主任、种植教研室主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会委员、四川省口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会常务委员、四川省医学会口腔医学专业委员会委员。2010—2012年担任美国Tufts大学牙学院临床讲师，2011—2012年在美国哈佛大学做访问学者。在口腔种植、口腔组织工程技术方面有较深入的研究。近年来，发表论文20余篇，主持多项国际、国家、省部级课题。2010年曾获国际种植学会青年学者奖励。

摘要：

与文字记录相比，数码摄影能够更生动全面地记录病历，为国内外学术交流提供载体。口腔种植手术过程复杂多变且无菌要求高，使得术中摄影成为难题，术中病历资料质量与完整性均受到影响。在正确使用数码单反相机的前提下，拍摄者与术者的默契配合是获得恰当拍摄视角与构图的关键。在临床工作中不断积累拍摄经验，并总结出种植手术摄影的特殊性与基本拍摄流程将有助于国内种植学的发展。

Abstract:

Digital photography represents a more vivid and comprehensive way to record clinical cases compared with written records. It acts as a carrier for international academic exchanges. The surgical procedure of dental implant therapy is complicated and flexible，making intraoperative photography difficult. As a result，most cases published in domestic journals are compromised regarding quality and integrity. On the premise of proper use of digital SLR camera，the tacit cooperation between the photographer and the operators plays a key role in acquiring good shooting angle，composition and scale. The summary of special requirements and photography protocol during operation will aid in the development of implantology.
