  • 作者简介:田宇，医学博士、副教授、副主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔医学院牙体牙髓病科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙体牙髓病学专业委员会委员、陕西省口腔医学会牙体牙髓病学专业委员会副主任委员。有美国陆军齿科和创伤研究所留学经历。主要从事牙体牙髓病的临床、教学和科研工作。临床擅长疑难根管的显微治疗、牙体缺损的直接及间接修复技术。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级科研基金项目4项，参与国家级及省部级课题研究9项。参编专著5部、参译2部。获陕西省科技进步一等奖1项。

摘要：

获得良好的临床病例照片是保存病历资料以及进行医患、同行和医技之间交流的有效手段。随着口腔显微治疗技术的广泛开展，如何获得高质量的显微照片成为临床医生新的挑战。本文对口腔显微技术的发展史、显微摄影与传统口腔摄影的差异、显微摄影的硬件及技术要点等进行具体阐述，为临床进行口腔显微摄影提供参考。

Abstract:

Obtaining quality photographs of the clinical cases are crucial for case record，communication with the patient or between dentists. Along with the rapid increase of the clinical application of dental microscope in the daily practice，it becomes a challenge of the practitioners to get qualified photographs through an operating microscope. In this paper，the dental microscope history，the differences between microscopic photography and traditional dental photography，microscope equipment and the skills in microscopic photography were discussed in detail，to provide the reference for clinical application of dental microscopic photography.
