种植修复体对头颈部肿瘤患者放疗影响的回顾性研究

摘要： 目的    回顾性分析种植修复体对头颈部肿瘤患者放疗的影响。方法    选取2020年1—12月于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院头颈肿瘤科行头颈部放疗且口内有种植修复体的头颈部肿瘤患者23例作为研究组，选取同期行头颈部放疗且口内无种植修复体的头颈部肿瘤患者23例作为对照组。回顾性分析两组患者的放疗方式、强调放疗模式及放疗剂量等差异。结果    两组患者放疗方式、调强放疗模式比较，差异均无统计学意义（χ2值分别为0.22、0.41，均P > 0.05）。两组患者各部位放射剂量及热点百分剂量值比较，差异也均无统计学意义（均P > 0.05）。结论    种植修复体的存在不影响头颈部肿瘤患者的放疗。

Abstract: Objective    The retrospective study aims to analyse the effect of the implant prosthesis on radiotherapy for patients with head and neck cancer. Methods    From January to December 2020，23 patients with head and neck cancer who received radiotherapy and had implant prosthesis in their mouth were treated in the Head and Neck Oncology Department of the Shanghai Ninth People′s Hospital，and they were selected as the study group，and 23 patients with head and neck cancer who received head and neck radiotherapy and had no implant prosthesis in their mouth in the same period were selected as the control group. The differences in the radiotherapy mode，modulated radiation therapy mode and radiotherapy dose between the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results    There was no significant difference between the two groups in radiotherapy mode or modulated radiation therapy mode（χ2 values were 0.22 and 0.41，respectively，P > 0.05）. There was no significant difference in radiation dose or hot-spot percentage dose between the two groups（all P > 0.05）. Conclusion    The presence of implant prosthesis does not affect the radiotherapy for patients with head and neck cancer.
