可吸收接骨板应用于颧骨复合体骨折固定的临床回顾研究

摘要：

目的　回顾总结近年来我院应用可吸收接骨板钉固定颧骨复合体骨折的手术方法和治疗经验，以供临床参考。方法　对2011年6月至2018年6月期间我院应用可吸收接骨板钉固定的724 例颧骨复合体骨折患者资料进行回顾性研究，总结其治疗方法，并对随访时间超过3个月的患者分析其治疗效果和并发症。结果　共有671 例患者随访时间超过3个月，其中96.5%的患者均获得满意疗效。724 例病例中不良并发症发生率为2.76%，主要包括感染、骨折段移位、接骨板外露等。 结论　绝大多数颧骨复合体骨折适宜采用可吸收接骨板固定，适应证的选择和固定的稳定性是可吸收接骨板钉成功应用于颧骨复合体骨折固定的关键。

Abstract:

Objective　To summarize the surgical methods and treatment experience in the application of resorbable plates for the fixation of zygomatic complex fractures in our hospital in recent years，in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment. Methods　A retrospective study was performed on 724 patients with zygomatic complex fractures using resorbable plates fixation in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2018，and the treatment methods were summarized. The data of patients who were followed up for more than three months were collected to evaluate the therapeutic effects and complications. Results　A total of 671 patients were followed up for more than three months，and 96.5% of them achieved satisfactory results. The incidence of adverse complications in 724 cases was 2.76%，mainly including infection，displacement of the fracture segments，and exposure of the plate. Conclusion　Most zygomatic complex fractures are suitable for fixation with resorbable plates. The choice of indication and the stability of fixation are the key to the successful application of resorbable plates in the fixation of zygomatic complex fractures.
