可吸收内固定系统在双侧髁突骨折手术中应用的临床效果研究

摘要: 探讨可吸收内固定系统在双侧髁突骨折手术中应用的临床效果。方法    选择2018年5月至2020年7月于鞍山市中心医院口腔科就诊的双侧髁突骨折患者72例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各36例。研究组患者采用可吸收内固定系统,对照组患者采用坚固内固定系统。记录两组患者的愈合时间与并发症发生情况,测量术前与术后3个月最大张口度、咀嚼效能、患侧运动度,并计算术后8周患者治疗有效率。结果 研究组骨折愈合时间[(5.11 ± 1.30)周]短于对照组[(6.85 ± 2.02)周],差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。术后8周,研究组治疗有效率(97.22%)高于对照组(80.56%),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。术后3个月,研究组患者咀嚼效能、向患侧活动度均优于对照组;两组患者最大张口度、咀嚼效能、向患侧活动度均优于术前,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。术后1年,对照组并发症发生率(22.22%)高于研究组(5.56%),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论    可吸收内固定系统治疗双侧髁突骨折效果较好;与坚固内固定系统相比,可加快骨折愈合速度,减少并发症发生,安全性较好。

Abstract: Objective     To explore the clinical effect of absorbable internal fixation system in the operation of bilateral condyle fractures. Methods    A total of 72 patients with bilateral condylar fractures in the Department of Stomatology,Anshan Central Hospital from May 2018 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,36 cases in each group. The study group was treated with absorbable internal fixation system,while the control group was treated with rigid internal fixation system. Record the patient′s healing time and complications. Maximum mouth opening,masticatory efficiency and movement of affected side were recorded before and 3 months after operation,and the effective rate was calculated 8 weeks after operation. Results    The healing time of the study group [(5.11 ± 1.30)weeks] was shorter than that of the control group [(6.85 ± 2.02)weeks]. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). At 8 weeks after operation,the effective rate of the study group was 97.22%,higher than 80.56% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The masticatory efficiency and movement of affected side of the study group were better than those of the control group;the degree of mouth opening,masticatory efficiency and movement of affected side of the two groups after operation were better than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P < 0.05). At 1 year after operation,incidence of complications in the control group was 22.22%,which was higher than 5.56% in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion    The absorbable internal fixation system has better effect in the treatment of bilateral condylar fractures,speeds up the fracture healing,and has less complications and high safety.
