前臂尺侧穿支皮瓣在口腔颌面-头颈部缺损修复中的应用

  • 作者简介:徐中飞，医学博士。副教授、副主任医师、硕士研究生导师。中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会青年委员，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会肿瘤整形外科与功能性外科分会青年委员，中国医师协会显微外科医师分会委员，辽宁省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会委员。2000年毕业于中国医科大学口腔医学系并留校从事口腔颌面外科的医疗、教学及科研工作。临床擅长各种大型、复杂口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的外科治疗。目前主持辽宁省教育厅课题及自然科学基金课题各1项，参与国家、省、市级科研课题4项，获得辽宁省科学技术进步一等奖和二等奖各1项，以第一作者身份在各类学术期刊上发表论文18篇，其中SCI收录论文8篇，累计影响因子超过15分。先后于2010和2014年分别获得“中国医科大学附属口腔医院优秀医生”荣誉称号，2012年以访问学者身份赴美国MD Anderson?Cancer?Center头颈外科和整形外科进行学习，2013和2015年获中国医科大学附属口腔医院新技术奖。

摘要：

前臂尺侧穿支皮瓣的临床应用已有30年历史，该皮瓣除具有桡侧前臂皮瓣的优点外，还具有供区可直接关闭、并发症少、美观性能好、毛发较少、可制备为多个皮岛的嵌合皮瓣等优点，这使得其非常适合于口腔颌面-头颈部缺损的重建，更易于为患者所接受。临床上，可根据缺损的部位选择不同大小的前臂尺侧皮瓣。由于前臂尺侧穿支皮瓣成活率较高、供区并发症低，在美观和功能方面具有优势，因此其在口腔颌面-头颈部缺损的修复中起着非常重要的作用。

Abstract:

The ulnar forearm perforator flap has been used for reconstruction of various oral and maxillofacial-head and neck defects for about 30 years. Besides having the advantages of radial forearm perforator flap，the ulnar forearm perforator flap has some other advantages，including the possibility of direct closure of the donor defect，reduced morbidity，excellent donor site cosmesis，less hairy skin of the transplant and flexible design of the skin island，and independent skin islands may be created as required. These characteristics make it appropriate for patients to accept. Clinically，different sizes of flaps can be selected according to the size of the defected site. Because of the high survival rate and low donor-site morbidity，and its advantages in beauty and function，the ulnar forearm perforator flap plays a very important role in the repair of oral and maxillofacial-head and neck defects.
