Abstract: At present，there is no objective and specific diagnostic method for drug-induced liver injury in children，which still needs to be confirmed by clear medication history，association between drugs and liver injury，positive test of reexposure to suspected drugs and liver pathology，especially excluding other liver diseases.It is urgent to develop new biomarkers with higher specificity and sensitivity.

摘要： 儿童药物性肝损伤目前没有客观、特异的诊断方法，仍需要依靠明确的用药史、药物与肝损伤之间的关联、可疑药物再暴露试验阳性、肝脏病理，尤其是要除外其他肝病才能确诊。亟待开发特异性及敏感性更高的新型生物标记物。
