Abstract: Neurally mediated syncope is a common disease in children，which seriously damages the physical and psychological health of children. It is of great significance to give timely and effective treatment. With the joint efforts of scholars at home and abroad，the progress has been made in the treatment of children with neurally mediated syncope，especially the individualized treatment strategy，which significantly improves the therapeutic effect. In the future，it is still necessary to explore new strategies for intervention and prevention，optimize the prediction technology of personalized treatment，and make unremitting efforts to improve the physical and mental health of children.
