三级淋巴结构与肝癌预后及治疗疗效关系研究进展

摘要： 三级淋巴结构（TLS）是在慢性病理条件下出现在非淋巴组织中的类淋巴结构。肝细胞癌（以下简称肝癌）作为炎症驱动型癌症，在其癌组织及癌周组织中均可发现TLS的存在。TLS作为免疫细胞的聚集结构，反映肝癌病人肿瘤微环境的免疫状态，能够预测肝癌病人预后及治疗效果，为肝癌病人带来更多生存获益。

Abstract: Tertiary lymphoid structure (TLS) is an analog of lymphoid organs, which presents in nonlymphoid tissues under chronically pathological conditions. Because hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is an inflammation-driven neoplasm, TLS could be explored in HCC tissues and adjacent normal tissues. As an aggregate of immune cells, TLS reflects the immune status of the tumor microenvironment and predicts the prognosis and therapeutic efficacy, which could provide benefits for HCC patients.
