日本胰腺学会《胰腺癌临床实践指南（2022年版）》更新解读

摘要： 日本胰腺学会《胰腺癌临床实践指南（2022年版）》为该指南的第5次修订更新。其日文版于2022年7月发布，英文版于2023年3月以大纲模式发表于International Journal of Clinical Oncology杂志。2022年版指南主要包含诊断、手术治疗、辅助治疗、放疗、化疗、支架治疗、支持和姑息治疗7个主题，其结合最新文献，在诊断与治疗流程等方面提出了较权威的推荐意见，体现了胰腺癌的诊疗现状与研究进展。

Abstract    The 2022 edition of the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Pancreatic Cancer by the Japan Pancreas Society is the 6th revision. The Japanese version was released in July 2022, and the English version was published in the International Journal of Clinical Oncology in March 2023. The guidelines cover seven main topics for diagnosing and treating pancreatic cancer: diagnosis, surgical treatment, adjuvant therapy, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, stent therapy, and supportive and palliative care. Based on the latest literature, the guideline provides authoritative recommendations on the diagnosis and treatment process, reflecting pancreatic cancer's current status and research progress.
