摘要: 腹腔镜结直肠癌手术在我国开展已经30年,目前正进入高位平台期。但腹腔镜结直肠癌手术仍面临着如何高质量推广普及,以及降低并发症发生率等问题,此外,对于肿瘤手术而言,无瘤技术、功能保留,并在此基础上的长期生存获益,仍是质量控制的关键。手术指征、关键技术、规范化推广、系统化培训和资质准入等是目前开展腹腔镜结直肠癌手术过程中实行质量控制的要点。

Abstract: Key points for quality control of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery ZHENG Min-hua, MA Jun-jun, PAN Rui-jun, et al. At present, it is in a platform period with a high level. However, laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery is still facing the problems of how to promote high-quality popularization and reduce complications. In addition, for surgical oncology, tumor-free techniques, functional preserving techniques, and long-term survival benefits are still the focus of quality control. At present, key points of quality control in the process of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery are surgical indications, key technologies, standardized promotion, systematic training and qualification admission.
