第7版日本《胰腺癌处理规约》更新概要

摘要：

2016年7月，日本胰腺学会（Japan Pancreas Society，JPS）出版了第7版《胰腺癌处理规约》。本次较第6版进行了大幅修订，以使规约使用更加简便。将TNM、Stage分期与国际抗癌联盟（UICC）第7版分期系统相整合；引进可切除性分类；明确影像学诊断进展度判定标准；并将病理学分类与世界卫生组织（WHO）分类整合。另外，考虑到胰腺癌术前治疗逐渐普及的现况，增加了治疗后组织学效果判定标准等项目。

Abstract:

Abstract    In July 2016，the Japan Pancreas Society (JPS) published the seventh edition of the general rules for the study of pancreatic cancer. This revision has been substantially revised in comparison with the sixth edition to make the JPS protocol easier to use. The TNM and Stage systems were integrated with the seventh edition of Union for International Cancer Control (UICC). The resectability classification was introduced, and the imaging diagnostic criteria for progresses was defined. The classification of pathology was integrated with the WHO system. In addition, considering the gradual popularization of preoperative treatment for pancreatic cancer, criteria of histologic efficacy after treatment was introduced.
