2013年国际神经监测学组甲状腺及甲状旁腺术中喉上神经外支监测指南解读

摘要：

术中神经监测可用于识别喉上神经外支并评估其功能完整性，有助于保护病人音质、音调。国际神经监测学组基于MEDLINE 数据库（1950-2013年）中喉上神经外支相关文献，撰写了甲状腺及甲状旁腺术中喉上神经外支监测指南，旨在提高甲状腺及甲状旁腺手术中喉上神经外支监测的实用性和可操作性。该指南对EBSLN的解剖分型、病理生理及其术中保护方法和适应证均做了详细阐述。

Abstract:

Abstract    Intraoperative neural monitoring has the potential to be utilized for identification of the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve and functional assessment of its integrity，and contributes to patients’ voice preservation. A systematic search of the MEDLINE database (from 1950 to 2013) about the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve was undertaken and supplemented by personal communication between members of the International Neural Monitoring Study Group. These guidelines are intended to improve the practice of neural monitoring of the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve during thyroidectomy or parathyroidectomy. The guideline elaborated EBSLN on the aspects of anatomical classification, pathophysiology, intraoperative protection methods and indications in detail.
