全腹腔镜全胃切除术消化道重建方式选择及技术要点

摘要：

完全腹腔镜全胃切除术报道越来越多，全胃切除术后消化道重建，特别是食管空肠吻合面临诸多困难，如何安全重建消化道，国内外学者都进行了许多探索，创建了各种重建方式，不同的重建方式有不同的优缺点，如何进行选择目前尚无共识。

Abstract    More and more totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy has been reported. The digestive tract reconstruction after total gastrectomy，especially esophagojejunostomy faces many difficulties. Regarding how to safely reconstruct the digestive tract，surgeons in and abroad have made a lot of exploration，and created a variety of reconstruction methods. However，different reconstruction methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. There is still no consensus on how to choose a proper method.
