全腹腔镜全胃切除术食管空肠器械吻合技术难点及对策

摘要：

近年来，全腹腔镜下全胃切除术运用越来越广泛，然而全胃切除术后的食管空肠吻合相对复杂，目前临床上常用的有圆形吻合器行端侧吻合和直线切割闭合器行侧侧吻合。上述两种方法各有利弊，应根据病人的具体情况，选择合适的吻合方法，利于病人术后恢复。

Abstract:

The technical difficulties and countermeasures of esophagojejunostomy in totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy           SU Xiang-qian，YAO Zhen-dan. Abstract    In recent years，totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy has been more and more widely used. However，esophagojejunostomy followed by total gastrectomy is relatively complex. End-to-side anastomosis using double stapling device and side-to-side anastomosis using linear stapling device are applied commonly. The two methods have both advantages and disadvantages. So surgeons should choose appropriate methods of anastomosis according to the specific circumstances for patients’recovery.
