Abstract:

Abstract    The present diagnostic and grading criteria of pancreatic fistula is good but retrospective，which corresponding well with the severity of patients’ situation，but could not predict the occurrence and prognosis of severe pancreatic fistula，so that could not guide the forthcoming treatment of fistula. Adding some objective predictors to the present criteria，such as C reactive protein and texture of pancreas，may help to predict the occurrence of severe pancreatic fistula and prognosis，so that surgeons could give more precise treatment to the patients.
