创口的处理与难点

摘要：

外科创口的处理对创口的愈合至关重要。清创是创口处理的重要内容，清创的概念经历了变迁，目前已发展为创面床准备的过程。常用的清创方式有外科手术清创、自溶清创、酶解清创、生物清创、机械清创等，现在主张联合清创。清创方法的选择是创口处理的难点，目的是有效清创、降低风险、促进愈合。清创过程中可根据情况选择合适的消毒剂和抗生素。

Abstract  Surgical wound management is significantly important to wound healing. Debridement is essential for wound management. The concept of debridement has changed several times, now it is a kind of process for wound bed preparation. There are several common debridement methods including surgical, autolytic, enzymatic, biological and mechanical debridement. Now combined debridement is recommended. It is difficult to make proper choice of debridement methods in order to get smooth healing. Proper disinfectants and antibiotics can be used in debridement.
