甲状腺微小癌超声特征探讨

摘要:

【摘要】    目的    总结分析甲状腺微小癌(TMC)的超声图像特点,提高术前诊断水平。 方法    回顾性分析2003年1月至2009年1月中山大学附属第一医院收治34例经手术和病理证实的TMC彩色多普勒超声图像特点。结果    32例(94.1%)为低回声,28例(82.4%)形态不规则或欠规整,26例(76.5%)边界不清,26例(76.5%)伴细小样或斑块样钙化,7例(20.6%)彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)检出血流信号,RI 0.7~1.0,4例(11.8%)有淋巴结转移者淋巴结伴有液化、细小钙化表现。  结论    低回声、形态不规则、边界不清、瘤内钙化是TMC具有特征性的超声表现,了解这些特点可以提高TMC的术前诊断水平。

Abstract    Objective    To investigate the ultrasound characteristics of thyroid microcarcinoma. Methods    The ultrasound imaging of thirty-four cases of thyroid microcarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology between January 2003 and January 2009 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sun University was analyzed retrospectively. Results Thirty-two (94.1%) cases were detected as hypo-echo nodules. Twenty-eight (85.3%) cases were with irregular shape. Twenty-six (76.5%) cases were with irregular edges calcification. Blood flow was detected in 7 cases with CDFI and lymph node metastasis was found in 4 cases. Conclusion    Hypo-echo nodules, regular shape, irregular edges and calcification are the ultrasound characteristic. Comprehending the characteristics may improve the pre-operation diagnosis efficacy.
