外科医生应提高对感染性休克的认识

摘要：

休克的本质是组织的氧代谢障碍，因此休克诊断和治疗的着力点也应该以是否存在组织氧代谢障碍和其是否得到纠正为目的。早期目标指导治疗提示休克的早期治疗的重要性，集束化治疗对于规范临床治疗行为，提高治疗可行性和依从性，进而达到改善预后的目的无疑也是非常必要的。

关键词: 感染性休克, 早期诊断, EGDT, 集束化治疗

Abstract:

Must improve the recognize on septic shock in surgeons MA Xiao-chun.Department of Intensive Care Units, the First Affiliated Hospital ,China Medical University,Shenyang110001,China Abstract The nature of shock is dysoxia. The diagnosis and treatment should focus on the dysoxia and its improvement. The early goal-directed therapy (EGDT) indicates the important of early treatment. Sepsis bundle is necessary for standardizing the clinical practice, increasing feasibility and compliance and improving prognosis.
