急性弥漫性腹膜炎围手术期液体复苏治疗

摘要：

急性弥漫性腹膜炎会引起体内液体分布异常，如不正确处理易导致重要器官功能损伤，增加并发症发生率和病死率。了解急性弥漫性腹膜炎围手术期液体分布的病理生理改变、液体补充策略以及在此期间人血白蛋白的应用等问题是正确治疗的基础。

Abstract:

Perioperative fluid resuscitation treatment for acute diffuse peritonitis QIN Huan-long，YANG Jun. Inappropriate treatment may lead to essential organ damage, increase incidence of complications and mortality. In the paper, perioperative fluid distribution, liquid supplement strategy and the application of human serum albumin of the disease were described .
