人工智能在胰腺癌诊治中应用研究进展

摘要: 随着当代医疗模式的数字化发展,人工智能(AI)在胰腺癌诊治中应用广泛,主要表现在胰腺癌早期筛查和诊断、治疗决策的实施及围手术期管理3个方面。尽管AI在应用过程中遇到泛化能力不足、模型可解释能力低、样本量受限等挑战,但随着医疗健康数据的数字化进程加速,AI的临床运用场景将逐渐扩展并成熟,有望引领构建胰腺癌智能诊疗管理新模式。

Abstract: Driven by the digitization of modern medical practices, artificial intelligence (AI) has wide application in pancreatic cancer diagnosis and therapeutic intervention, spanning on early screening and diagnostic support, data-driven treatment decision-making, and perioperative management optimization. While existing AI models face limitations in generalizability across diverse populations, interpretability of algorithmic outputs, and dependency on constrained training datasets, these challenges are being progressively addressed through accelerating healthcare data digitization. AI technologies will coincide with expanding and matured clinical adoption scenarios, and AI-driven solutions hold promises for establishing an intelligent diagnosis and treatment ecosystem.
