肝癌全程管理模式

摘要： 肝癌治疗全程管理的理念主要针对肝癌高危人群筛查、诊断及治疗过程中的关键环节，通过多学科诊疗的模式，基于已有的临床证据，提出并制定科学合理的病人管理诊疗计划，将筛查、诊断、治疗、随访管理等各环节有机整合，避免因单一学科以一己之长诊治病人或者多学科参与而缺乏有效衔接的状况。肝癌的全程管理涉及行政管理和临床多学科的专业工作，应始终围绕如何早诊早治、提高根治手术切除率、降低术后肿瘤复发、改善病人就医体验、提高病人远期生存率为目标。

Abstract    Whole-process management for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma is the process using multidisciplinary treatment for every segment of disease diagnosis and treatment in an evidence-based way. Whole-process management can make every aspect of diagnosing and treating the disease integral part of the whole process，avoid the limitation of single discipline. The aim of whole-process management should be increasing the rate of early diagnosis and treatment，the rate of resectable disease，decreasing the recurrence rate and improving the overall survival.
