乳腺癌精准治疗：20年探索历程

摘要： 进入21世纪以来,作为我国女性最常见的恶性肿瘤，乳腺癌病人存活率不断提高，主要得益于治疗水平的进步，推动了乳腺癌由经验医学走到循证医学，如今又朝着个体化精准医学迈进。回顾乳腺癌治疗发展历程：2000-2005年期间，循证医学奠定乳腺癌基本治疗；2005-2010年，实现了规范指导，走向分类的5年发展；2010-2015年，液体活检开启了精准探索之路；2015-2020年：原研新药、大数据与人工智能等推送中国力量登上国际舞台；20年的发展，走出了一条学习、吸收、创新、提高的发展之路，一步步走向精准。

Abstract    Since the 21st century, as the most common malignant tumor of women in China, the survival rate of breast cancer has continued to increase, mainly due to the advancement of the treatment level, which has pushed breast cancer from empirical medicine to evidence-based medicine, and now it is moving towards personalized precision medicine. Reviewing the development of breast cancer: from 2000 to 2005, evidence-based medicine laid the foundation for basic breast cancer treatment; from 2005 to 2010, standardized guidance was achieved, leading to the five-year development of classification; 2010-2015: liquid biopsy opened the way to precise medicine; 2015-2020: original innovative drugs, big data and artificial intelligence have promoted Chinese research to the international stage; in the past two decades, we have embarked on a development path of learning, absorption, innovation and improvement, step by step towards precision.
