对高质量前瞻性临床研究的认识与体会

摘要： 前瞻性临床研究是学科建设的核心内容之一，也是学科发展水平的核心评价指标之一。积极开展前瞻性临床研究对于青年外科医师成长和学科发展均具有重要意义。前瞻性临床研究可能使繁杂的临床工作变得有序，有助于青年外科医师对临床现象加深思考，并推动临床诊疗的规范化。开展高质量前瞻性临床研究涉及多个关键环节，需要持之以恒。前瞻性研究的数据值得进一步挖掘其潜在研究价值。同时，外科医师也应该理性看待“前瞻性研究”，不能盲目笃信。如何在“现实世界”将前瞻性临床研究的结果转化为病人获益，依然值得深入思考。

Abstract    Prospective clinical research is one of the core contents of discipline construction and one of the core evaluation indicators of discipline development level. Actively carrying out prospective clinical research is of great significance to the growth of young surgeons and the development of disciplines. Prospective clinical research may make complicated clinical work orderly，make young surgeons think more about clinical phenomena，and help promote the standardization of clinical practice. There are many key links in the implementation of high-quality prospective clinical research，which need to be persistent and consistent. The data from prospective studies are worthy of further exploration of their potential research value. At the same time，surgeons should also treat "prospective studies" rationally and not blindly believe in them. However，it is still worth considering how the results of prospective clinical studies translate into patient benefits in the "real world".
