精准医学和大数据时代对肝癌临床研究的认识

摘要：

肝细胞癌（HCC）是严重危害我国人民身体健康的重大恶性疾病。为提高疗效和改善预后，需要以精准医学为理念、以大数据为支撑，更加全面深入地认识HCC的分子本质，揭示HCC的驱动基因和分子，实现HCC的精准诊断和分子分型，全面评价现有的治疗方案，推动制定新的分期方案和临床实践指南，探索出适合国人特点的HCC规范化、个体化综合治疗新策略。

Abstract    Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancy in China. In the age of precision medicine and big data，to improve the treatment and prognosis of HCC，the clinical research must aim to reveal the molecular nature of HCC，characterize drive genes involved in the carcinogenesis of HCC，and achieve precise diagnosis and molecular subtyping of HCC. Further more，the present treatment protocols for HCC should be evaluated fully and staging system as well as clinical practice guideline should be updated to develop new standardized，individualized and comprehensive therapy strategies for HCC patients in China.
