超声检查在甲状腺微小癌诊断及治疗中的应用

摘要：

超声检查是目前诊断甲状腺微小癌最常用最有效的影像学方法。甲状腺微小癌具有不同于非微小癌的特异性超声表现。同时，甲状腺微小癌的某些超声特征与其生物学行为可能存在相关性。目前，虽然超声引导下的射频、激光、微波等热消融技术在甲状腺微小癌的治疗领域是研究热点，但长期效果尚有待进一步观察。

Abstract    Ultrasonography is the most valuable and routine recommended imaging method of choice for primary preoperative evaluation of thyroid microcarcinoma (TMC). The ultrasonographic features of TMC may be different from that of non-microcarcinoma. Some ultrasonographic features of TMC may be associated with aggressive biological behavior. Recently，ultrasound-guided thermal ablation including laser，microwave and radiofrequency became a hot spot to treat TMC. The long-term effect of thermal ablation should be observed furtherly .
