Abstract    In recent years, the concept of diagnosis and treatment, development of surgical skill, the standardization of clinical practice have improved significantly. And thus the survival of patients has been improved significantly. Multidisciplinary team diagnosis and treatment model, sub-group diagnosis and treatment, resectability, molecular testing and systemic treatment are the core contents of guidelines on colorectal liver metastases.
