机器人手术治疗食管裂孔疝价值及技术特点

摘要：

机器人手术是外科领域巨大的进步。近年来，其成功应用于食管裂孔疝修补术中。机器人辅助食管裂孔疝修补术与传统腹腔镜和开放手术相比具有同样的安全性和有效性，也展示了其更加微创化的技术优势。但是，仍须通过大样本临床随机对照研究来证实上述观点，同时进一步评估机器人辅助食管裂孔疝修补术的潜在价值。此外，手术技巧和团队配合在该手术中起着至关重要的作用。

Abstract:

Abstract    Robotic surgery is a great progress in the field of surgery. In recent years，it has been applied in the repair of esophageal hiatal hernia successfully. Robotic-assisted repair of esophageal hiatal hernia is as effective and safe as conventional laparoscopic surgery and open surgery. It has also showed more minimally invasive advantages. However，large sample randomized controlled trials are necessary to confirm the above viewpoints and to evaluate the potential value. Moreover，operative technique and teamwork play important roles in the operation.
