Abstract    Postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) is one of the major complications that can occur after radical gastrectomy with lymphadenectomy. It may affect clinical courses and lead to mortality. The POPF after radical gastric surgery is closely related with the pancreatic injure during the procedure. Surgeons should be aware of the risk factors of POPF，to secure an accurate procedures to prevent it as possibly. Once it happens，appropriate arrangements and treatments should be adopted.
