5G远程手术机器人辅助甲状腺癌根治术初步研究

摘要: 目的    探讨远程机器人辅助甲状腺癌根治术的安全性及可行性。方法    分析中国人民解放军总医院普通外科医学部甲状腺(疝)外科团队应用专线网络和5G无线网络2024-08-02为1例41岁女性病人实施了跨越2200 km(北京市与广州市之间)的远程机器人辅助甲状腺癌根治术相关资料。结果    手术过程顺利,无并发症发生,手术时长1 h 55 min,术中出血量约10 mL。术中双向网络平均延迟39 ms,未出现断网、丢帧、网络攻击等不良事件,术者操作平稳流畅,无明显延迟感和卡顿感。病人术后恢复顺利,无出血、声音嘶哑、饮水呛咳、低钙血症等并发症发生,术后甲状旁腺激素15.25 ng/L,于术后第5天顺利出院。结论    远程机器人辅助甲状腺癌根治手术安全可行,网络信号传输稳定,操作流畅,可完成甲状腺手术所需的精细化操作,达到与常规机器人甲状腺癌手术相同效果。

Abstract: To explore the safety and feasibility of Remote robot-assisted radical thyroidectomy.Methods On August 2,2024,department of Thyroid & Hernia Surgery of the Department of General Surgery of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital applied the dedicated line network and 5G wireless network to carry out the remote robot-assisted radical thyroidectomy between Beijing and Guangzhou for a 41-year-old female patient with a distance of 2200 km. Results    The operation was smooth and no surgical complications.The operation lasted for 1 h 55 min and the intraoperative blood loss was 10 mL. During the operation,the average bidirectional network delay was 39 milliseconds and no adverse events such as network disconnection,frame loss,and network attack occurred.The operation was successful and smooth with no delay and stalling. The patient recovered smoothly without bleeding,hoarseness,coughing after drinking water,hypocalcemia and other complications. The postoperative parathyroid hormone was 15.25 ng/L.The patient was discharged successfully on the 5th day after operation. Conclusion    Remote robot-assisted radical thyroidectomy is safe and feasible with stable network signal transmission and smooth operation.It can complete the fine operation required for thyroid surgery and achieve the same effect as conventional robotic surgery for thyroid cancer.
