乳腺浸润性导管癌中CD147表达及其对预后影响分析

摘要： 目的    通过检测CD147在乳腺癌组织中的表达，分析其表达情况与临床资料、病理特征的相关性以及对病人预后的影响，以期为乳腺癌的诊疗提供新的预测因素和潜在的治疗靶点。方法    回顾性分析贵州医科大学附属医院2013—2014年199例术后经病理学活检确诊为乳腺浸润性导管癌、随访5年病人临床资料，采用免疫组织化学方法检测病人蜡块标本组织中CD147蛋白的表达情况。结果    CD147的表达情况与病人的年龄、绝经状态、家族史、肿瘤大小无相关性（P>0.05），而与病人肿瘤临床分期、有无腋窝淋巴结转移、组织学分级、分子分型具有明显相关性（P＜0.05）；同时，CD147的表达情况与乳腺癌病人的5年总生存率（OS）具有相关性，差异有统计学意义（P=0.013），与病人的5年无病生存率（DFS）无明显相关性（P=0.28）。结论    CD147可能是乳腺癌病人预后的独立预测因子，有望作为潜在的治疗靶点。

Abstract    Objective    By exploring the expression of CD147 in breast cancer tissues, analyzing the correlation between clinicopathological characteristics and its influence on the prognosis of patients, in order to explore new diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer patients. Methods    A total of 199 patients with breast invasive cancer who were followed up for 5 years in Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected for retrospective study. The expression of CD147 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results    The expression of CD147 was not significantly correlated with the patient’s age, menopausal status, family history, and tumor size (P>0.05), but was significantly correlated with the clinical stage of the patient’s tumor, lymph node metastasis, histological grade and molecular classification(P＜0.05); At the same time, the expression of CD147 was correlated with the 5-year overall survival (OS) of breast cancer patients (P=0.013), while there was no significant correlation with the 5-year disease-free survival  (DFS) of breast cancer patients (P=0.28). Conclusion    CD147 may be an independent predictor of the prognosis of breast cancer patients. It may be used as a potential therapeutic target to provide a basis for further treatment of breast cancer.
