从解剖学角度认识腹腔镜胆囊切除术中安全性关键术野的价值

摘要： 腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）已成为胆石症的主流术式和金标准。LC的主要并发症是胆管损伤，而安全性关键术野（CVS）作为LC的标准操作流程是有效预防胆管损伤的方法。但国内手术培训和准入制度尚不成熟，CVS的理念尚未广泛推广。因此，深入理解和推广CVS对于预防胆管损伤非常有意义。

Abstract    Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has become the main operation and gold standard of cholelithiasis. The main complication of LC is biliary tract injury. As the standard operating procedure of LC，CVS is an effective method to prevent biliary tract injury. Not only is the domestic LC surgery training course and operator access system immature，but the concept of CVS has not been widely promoted in China. Therefore，in order to understand the mechanism of preventing biliary tract injury，it is necessary to understand CVS from the anatomical perspective.
