摘要：

术后出血是甲状腺手术很少见但可能致命的严重并发症，由于其潜在的致命性，外科医生须做到术前积极预防，术中彻底止血，术后早期发现和及时处理，以有效减少甲状腺术后出血并发症的发生。

Abstract    Postoperative hemorrhage is a rare but potentially fatal complication of thyroid surgery. Due to its potential lethality，the surgeon should actively preoperatively prevent and    complete hemostasis during surgery，early postoperative detection and timely treatment，to effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage complications.
