血管外科疾病药物治疗现状与展望

摘要：

血管外科疾病药物治疗主要包括抗血小板、抗凝及血管活性药物治疗，随着对血管外科疾病认识的深入和药物治疗的进展，各类血管外科疾病药物也取得了较大发展。血管外科医生应熟悉和掌握各类抗血小板药物、抗凝药物、动静脉活性药物的临床最新进展及相关的临床试验和适应证，为血管外科疾病病人提供合理的药物治疗。

Abstract    The drug therapy of vascular disease in vascular surgery include antiplatelet, anticoagulant, active drug therapy for arteries and veins. All kinds of drugs for vascular diseases make much more advances with the development of drug therapy for vascular diseases. Vascular surgeons should be familiar with and master various types of antiplatelet drugs, various types of anticoagulant drugs, active drugs for arteries and veins and their results of clinical trials and indications. It would be helpful to provide the rational drug therapy choice for patients with vascular diseases.
