2016年版美国结直肠外科医师学会《肛周脓肿、肛瘘和直肠阴道瘘治疗指南》解读

摘要：

美国结直肠外科医师学会（ASCRS）根据最新的循证医学证据，制订了2016年版《肛周脓肿、肛瘘和直肠阴道瘘治疗指南》。该指南根据等级体系（GRADE）对证据水平和推荐力度进行分级。指南包括疾病概述、研究方法和具体建议等方面。建议内容有肛周脓肿和肛瘘的初始评价，肛周脓肿、肛瘘的治疗方法，克罗恩病肛瘘的治疗策略等。除此之外，与2011版指南相比，2016版指南还新增了直肠阴道瘘治疗的相关内容。基于循证医学研究发布的临床治疗指南可为临床医生治疗策略的制定提供重要的参考。

Abstract:

Interpretation of the ASCRS Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Anorectal Abscess, Fistula-in-Ano, and Rectovaginal Fistula（2016）                        WANG Meng,WANG Gui-yu. Abstract    The clinical practice guideline for the management of anorectal abscess, fistula-in-ano, and rectovaginal fistula developed by the American society of colon and rectal surgeons (ASCRS) is based on the latest available evidence. The final grade of recommendation was performed by using the GRADE system. Compared with guideline(2011), strategies on the rectovaginal fistula were new contents. The guideline contains statement of the problem, methodology, recommendations, which includes initial evaluation of anorectal abscess and anal fistula, the management of anorectal abscess, fistula-in-ano, Crohn’s disease and rectovaginal fistula. Clinical practice guidelines based on evidence could assist physicians to make individual decisions for patients.
