Abstract: Comfort-oriented treatment has become a significant trend in dental treatment；however，existing challenges significantly hinder its rapid development. This article explores this issue from multiple perspectives，including medical institutions，academic organizations，patients，and dental and anesthesiological professionals，analyzes the systemic risk of dental treatment and safety of comfort-oriented dental treatment，and proposes approaches to standardizing comfort-oriented dental treatment，aiming to improve the overall safety of dental treatment.

摘要： 舒适化治疗已成为口腔治疗的重要趋势，但现有困境显著制约其迅速发展。文章从医疗机构、学术团体、患者、口腔及麻醉医生等多角度探讨舒适化口腔治疗的发展困境，同时分析口腔治疗的系统风险及舒适化口腔治疗的安全性，并提出舒适化口腔治疗的规范化实施路径，以期提升口腔治疗安全。
