Abstract: Comfort-oriented dental treatment is crucial for achieving high-quality oral healthcare services，with preoperative anxiety being a core factor affecting its efficacy. This article systematically explores comprehensive management strategies for preoperative anxiety in comfort-oriented dental treatment. Preoperative anxiety results from the interaction of patient characteristics，treatment stimuli，and environmental factors. Its accurate assessment requires a combination of standardized tools，such as dental anxiety scales，and clinical behavioral observation. Management of preoperative anxiety should adhere to the principles of an individualized，stepwise，and multimodal approach，establishing a foundation with non-pharmacological strategies like cognitive-behavioral interventions，environmental optimization，and therapeutic communication. For moderate to severe anxiety，a stepwise application of precise pharmacological interventions is necessary，from nitrous oxide inhalation sedation to intravenous sedation. Developing and implementing such a systematic pathway，which integrates psychological-behavioral support with precise pharmacological sedation，is of paramount importance for alleviating preoperative anxiety in dental care，enhancing treatment quality，and improving the patient experience.

摘要： 舒适化口腔治疗是实现高质量口腔医疗服务的关键，而术前焦虑是影响其效果的核心因素。文章系统探讨了舒适化口腔治疗中术前焦虑的综合管理策略。术前焦虑受患者特质、治疗刺激及环境因素交互影响，其精准评估需结合牙科焦虑量表等标准化工具与临床行为观察。术前焦虑的管理应遵循“个体化、阶梯化、多模式”原则，以认知行为干预、环境优化及治疗性沟通等非药物策略为基础；对于中重度焦虑，则需阶梯化应用从笑气吸入镇静到静脉镇静的精准药物干预。构建并实施此种整合心理行为支持与精准药物镇静的系统化路径，对缓解口腔治疗术前焦虑、提升治疗质量与患者体验具有至关重要的意义。
